The polemic artistry of commentated treatise in the 1965-1975 patriotic literature from the urban South

Abstract

The artistry of polemic has devoted a crucial contribution to the appearance and achievements of the commentated treatise genre in the southern urban patriotic literature streams from 1965 to 1975. This article studied the polemic artistry in some of commentated treatises written by excellent writers. The result shows that those writers have effectively utilized the tactics and manipulation of arguments to enormously contribute to the success of this literary field.
