Abstract

The paper focuses on clarifying the status of the maintenance of direct labor resources at TNG Thai Nguyen Fashion Branch, pointing out the achievements and limitations of this work. Thereby, it proposes a number of solutions to improve the maintenance of general and direct labor resources at TNG Thai Nguyen Fashion Branch in the near future.
