SATISFACTION LEVEL OF INTERNATIONAL TOURISTS TO CHAM DA PHUOC VILLAGE, AN PHU DISTRICT, AN GIANG PROVINCE

Abstract

A 5-Likert scale was used to study the satisfaction level of international tourists to Cham Da Phuoc village, applying SEVERPERF of five criteria: Environment and tourism resources; Facilities - infrastructure; Service prices; Tourism products; and Service staff. The results show two criteria of Facilities - infrastructure and Tourism products were at the neutral level, while the other three criteria gained the satisfactory level. In addition, this paper analyzes difficulties in tourism development and causes of dissatisfaction among tourists; thereby proposing solutions for sustainable developments  in Da Phuoc Cham village.
