CONSTRUCTING, IMPROVING THE PARTY UNDER PRESIDENT HỒ CHÍ MINH’S TESTAMENT – THE QUALITY ISSUES OF CADRES AND PARTY MEMBERS AT PRESENT

Abstract

During the last 90 years (1930 - 2020), the Communist Party of Viet Nam together with its excellent cadres and party members has led the people and gained victory by victory for our country. However, under the influence of the current market mechanism, apart from the qualified cadres and party members, there exist the degenerated ones. Thereby, based on the collected data analysis, the article offers some fundamental solutions. It not only contributes to improving the quality of cadres and party members, based on President Hồ Chí Minh’s Testament and building a strong Party, but also strengthening the people’s confidence in the Party’s leaderships for the present country’s renewal process.
