IDEAS FOR BUILDING VIETNAM‘S UNIVERSITY CULTURE UNDER THE IMPACT OF EDUCATION LAW 2019 (FROM INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES)

Abstract

School culture is a part of the educational one; therefore, it foregrounds Vietnam’s education in general and higher education in particular. The article presents two main contents: (1) factors affecting traditional school culture in the current period; (2) some ideas for building school culture in Vietnam’s universities from international experiences.
