Abstract

Education quality is one of the critical factors for educational institutions’ prestige and existence in higher education globalization. On secondary data, this paper analytically highlights the success of Hong Kong higher education administration in development strategies and quality controls for its international norms. This success could provide ample lessons for Vietnam higher education.
