OBSERVATION METHOD USED IN TEACHING NATURE AND SOCIETY SUBJECTS OF GRADE 1,2,3

Abstract

Using those teaching methods that promote students' proactive learning and concurrently develop their qualities and competences is an essential issue today. Of the three interacting factors, namely subject knowledge, student’s perception and teaching method, the decisive one for success is the teaching method. Therefore, using the observational method to guide students to explore and construct knowledge from learning objects in teaching Nature and Society grade 1,2,3 is completely scientific and responding well to the students’ perception level. The article presents how to use the observation method in teaching Nature and Society in grades 1,2,3.
