Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis and evaluation of the practice of testing and assessment for the in-service training of Dong Thap University through learners' feedback. The contents analyzed and evaluated include (1) teachers' briefing assessment forms to learners, (2) assessment coverage, (3) use of assessment forms, (4) assessment results report, (5) assessment significance. The analytical results in the article have shown relatively clearly the current practice of testing and assessment, including the advantages for further applications and room for improvements.
