THE IMPACT OF STRATEGIC THINKING ON PUBLIC SECTOR PLANNING IN OUR COUNTRY TODAY

Abstract

Innovation in thinking is the basis for renewing the policies, management mechanism and the breakthrough mechanisms and policies is an important source for strategy formulation and vitality of development strategies. This article aims to clarify some theoretical issues about strategic thinking, strategic planning and the impact of strategic thinking on strategic planning in the public sector. By analyzing the limitations and inadequacies of awareness and thinking in strategic planning, the article makes some proposals to improve strategic thinking capacity in strategic planning in the public sector.
