CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONAL VALUES IN THE REGIONS OF VIETNAM

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the study identifying individual values, including purpose values and instrument values of the regions of Vietnam. The study has determined the priority level of individual values in each region of Vietnam, which is the Northern Midlands and Mountains, Red River Delta, North Central Coast, South Central Coast, Central Highlands, Southeast, Mekong River Delta; Test the differences according to these values across regions for the 10 most preferred personal value s. Besides, there were comments on the application of research results in management practices in organizations operating nationwide.
