THE ADVANCED EXERCISE SYSTEM OF ON-THE-SPOT TECHNIQUE OF SHOOTING A BASKET WITH ONE HAND ONTHE SHOULDER FOR STUDENTS AT BANKING ACADEMY OF VIETNAM

Abstract

Based on the assessment of the current situation of exercise system to improve on-the-spot technique of shooting a basket with one hand on the shoulder for students at Banking Academy of Vietnam, the author points out limitations that need to be dealt with. At the same time, the article studied and selected 21 on-the-spot technical exercises for one-handed shooting on the shoulder with the hope of improving basketball learning outcomes for students at Banking Academy of Vietnam.
