Current situation and some solutions to manage the state budget in Vietnam in line with international practice

Abstract

The paper focuses clarify some international practices primarily in managing the state budget, compared with the practical implementation of state budget management in Vietnam, and on that basis proposed some recommendations to bring the state budget management in Vietnam closer to international practices.
