Bank restructuring: experience of some Asian countries and implications for Vietnam

Abstract

Restructuring plays an important role in enhancing the efficiency and organization capacity of commercial banks. This paper introduces the theoretical framework for commercial bank restructuring, some form of commercial bank restructuring, commercial banking restructuring in some Asian countries, and suggestions. Useful for commercial banks in Vietnam.
