Coffee plantation in the Central Highlands: favorable and difficult

Abstract

The Central Highlands, the coffee capital of Vietnam, is facing an increase in the area of aging coffee that needs to be replaced. The problem of re-cultivation of coffee trees to ensure the productivity and quality of export coffee become urgent. The paper analyzes and assesses the advantages and disadvantages of re-growing coffee in the Central Highlands and suggests some solutions.
