Assess Vietnam's public higher education tuition rates for 2015-2020

Abstract

In response to four different hypothetical groups, this study builds four university education pathways for the period 2015-2020. Universities can refer to the 4 tuition pathways developed in this study, to determine the autonomous tuition fee when developing the pilot scheme in the spirit of Resolution 77 / NQ-CP of 24 / 10/2014 or develop the project autonomy in the spirit of Decree 16.
