Impact of the world rice market on rice exports of Vietnam

Abstract

The article assesses the situation of world rice production and trade in the period 2009-2014, forecasts the rice trade demand of some major rice exporters and importers in the world until 2019, The rice market and the shortcomings in rice export activities of Vietnam and solutions to sustainable development of the rice export market of Vietnam in the coming years.
