Abstract

The article is designed to answer a number of questions: any relationship between the reduction of investment in agriculture and the ratio of agriculture growth when compared between the two periods (1991-2000 and 2001-2010)? How the economic structure in which the industry is focused on, effects the distribution of human resources and what the contribution the economy, if it had been paid greater attention to?
