Restructuring the industrial conglomerate Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries: Experience Korea

Abstract

The volatility of Vietnam's economy and the world economy, especially after the global economic crisis since 2008 has placed businesses including Industrial Group and mineral coal before the request must continue to implement restructuring process radically more. This article, based on the lessons learned from successes and failures in the process of restructuring the Group of South Korea after the Asian financial crisis to make some suggestions on the policy during re structure Coal Industry Group Minerals of Vietnam.
