Rural tourism: from theory to practice
Abstract
In recent years, the diversification of livelihood for people in the rural areas has become a leading concern in the developing countries. Under pressure from the growing population and the process of industrialization and urbanization, a growing number of workers leaving the agricultural sector to move to other areas with higher added value. In this context, the promotion of non-agricultural activities, including rural tourism, not only considered as immediate economic solution, but in the long run, this is the important content strategy rural development.Downloads
