Agricultural Exchanges in Vietnam: utility and support from the state

Abstract

Uncertainties and risks in the production agribusiness to affect farmers and agribusiness enterprises, therefore, needs a clue transaction (offices, trading floors) to have the support of commercial transactions is essential. To the base, the exchange activities more effective, it must have the support mechanisms of the State set the stage for the development of agribusiness market healthy, equitable, maximize benefits and minimizing the risks for the actors involved.
