Potential risks of public debt Vietnam and some issues raised

Abstract

Public debt has been a problem with the permanent nature for the state, as demand large spending exceeds revenues from annual economy. Public debt will not be a big problem if the state better control their spending. But it can become serious if governments spend beyond the endurance of the economy. This article refers to the risks from the current debt situation of Vietnam.
