Property management, operational efficiency and business value - researching companies on the Vietnam stock market

Abstract

This review should examine the relationship between ownership structure and performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Ho Chi Minh City from 2007 to 2012. The results showed that the company had ownership The higher management efficiency lower. Moreover, studies show that companies with management ownership rate is high, the market does not appreciate, reflecting the investors not overvalued the shareholders cum executive management companies. Therefore, the findings support the role separation between ownership and management role in the business.
