The model minimizes the cost of pollution reduction based on the principle balance border

Abstract

Reducing emissions is based on waste reduction boundary balance is a method of reducing emissions up to ensure optimal point where the cost of pollution emission reduction total only about 1/3 of the plan requires polluting companies together reduce waste quantities alike. This article uses the model and comparative approach in order to propose reducing environmental pollution optimal for society, based on the principle of balance marginal emission reduction (abatement equimarginal principle).
