The intention to change service provider's mobile phone customers in Vietnam market
Abstract
This study measuring factors influence the intention to change the service provider's mobile phone retail customers in Vietnam market, uses model-based studies planned behavior theory; Survey data were collected from the customer is planning to change providers; the scale was assessed the reliability and value differentiated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and factor analysis to discover; Research results indicate the factors affecting the intention to change the service provider's mobile phone customers and suggest some implications for service providers of mobile phones Vietnam .Downloads
