Abstract

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is developing the Planning Law, aiming to improve the planning work that is currently "weak in planning, management and implementation; Low quality, not synchronous, less feasible. "Although launched in 2012 and expected to be submitted to the National Assembly by the end of 2013, so far the Law on Planning has not been submitted and has to be delayed. By 2015, there will be many controversies related to the contents of the Law, including sectoral and sectoral plannings.
