Building a new countryside in Dak Lak: current situation and solutions

Abstract

Since 2011, the National Targeted Program for Rural Development has been widely promoted by the Party and the State as a revolution in the countryside, resulting in remarkable socio-economic achievements. The paper analyzes and assesses the situation of new rural development in Dak Lak in the past three years, and suggests some solutions to the next five-year plan for the implementation of the National Target Program for Rural Development The new village of 2014, 2015 and vision to 2030.
