Development cooperation in the Development Triangle of Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia and the role of the Central Highlands

Abstract

This paper reviews the situation of socio-economic development cooperation between the three countries of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia; To analyze the role of the Central Highlands in cross-border development cooperation in the Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia development triangle and propose some measures to enhance the role of the Central Highlands as well as to promote economic development cooperation. - Transparent society in the development triangle Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia.
