Mechanism of exercising state ownership in enterprises using state capital in Vietnam

Abstract

State-owned capital in enterprises in our country is now no small scale. If the mechanism for exercising state ownership in an enterprise is not effectively regulated, the risk of losing public funds is not small. Over the past years, the State has made efforts to renovate the mechanism for the exercise of state ownership in enterprises. However, to date, the mechanism of managing state capital in enterprises is still not effective enough to meet the requirements of the market economy and the aspirations of the people. This essay analyzes the mechanisms for exercising the right of state ownership in enterprises of our country today, finding reasonable and unreasonable points and proposing complete solutions.
