Abstract

International investment treaties are still becoming a subject of interest to many countries as a factor in the policy framework related to foreign direct investment and as part of the inter- It is directly related to attracting this funding source. The paper focuses on the prominent features of international investment agreements, trends and factors in international investment agreements related to the selection of investment policies by countries in the world at a time to come.
