Assessing the model of Vietnam's economic growth

Abstract

Looking back on nearly 30 years of doi moi, it can be seen that macroeconomic reforms and fundamental changes in microeconomic institutions have dramatically changed the economy and society of Vietnam. This article assesses the quality of Vietnam's economic growth pattern in recent years, suggesting the direction for Vietnam to gradually improve the model of economic growth in the next period.
