Abstract


China-Vietnam border trade always accounts for a large proportion of the bilateral trade between Vietnam and China (on average 24%) and is very important in the overall business relationship. With China. However, Vietnam's border trade development model with China now has many limitations. The paper will analyze and evaluate the constraints as well as the impact of Vietnam's development model of border trade with China.
