Social transformation in rural Red River Delta through social capital research (case study Cao Duc commune, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province)

Abstract

Vietnam's rural transformation is taking place very strongly in economic reform. Specific research paper from a commune in the Red River Delta to reflect rural social changes in terms of social capital, propose policy implications for promoting the role of traditional values in Rural, on the assurance of the farmers in the process of changing traditional values and in the movement of free labor, in the enjoyment of rural governance in the construction of new rural areas.
