Social transformation in rural Red River Delta through social capital research (case study Cao Duc commune, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province)

Abstract

Based on an overview of some basic theories of corporate governance in state-owned enterprises, the paper analyzes Singapore's experience with the operational model of the Temasek Holding Group, which manages all its components. State capital in state-owned enterprises; Since then, it has shown some important lessons for corporate governance of Vietnamese state-owned enterprises.
