Development of rural labor resources in Thai Nguyen province in the period of industrialization

Abstract

Thai Nguyen rural workers play a very important role in the socio-economic development of the province, however, they are still mostly unskilled and unskilled workers. This greatly affects the income and livelihoods of rural labor, wasting social labor resources. The article evaluates the situation and proposes measures to develop rural labor sources to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in Thai Nguyen province.
