Quality of human resources for growth and over-training in Vietnam

Abstract

In the process of socio-economic development of each country, human resources always plays an important role. Through qualitative analyzes, the paper highlights the strengths and limitations of the development of the quality of human resources in Vietnam, with particular emphasis on the over-training of human resources. Highly qualified, through which, propose some solutions to develop rational human resources to restructure the economy under the model of sustainable and effective growth.
