Abstract

The paper studies selectivity among immigrant populations in the Southeast region, together with their positive and negative effects on economic, social and ecological development; From that point of view, recommendations for policies to control the migration flow, contributing to solving the problem of sustainable development of the region in the process of industrialization and rapid urbanization are still in progress in the coming time.
