Budget overspending in Vietnam: problems and solutions

Abstract

One of the major problems in the implementation of fiscal policy in Vietnam is continuous budget deficit with increasing trend, unreasonable fiscal structure, lack of transparency and high public debt. It contains risks, which affect security. She writes about some of the main risks from Vietnam's budget deficit, thus suggesting some solutions to fiscal sustainability.
