Policy on linking foreign-invested enterprises with small and medium enterprises in the country

Abstract

The paper studies theoretical issues and policy experiences that promote linkages between foreign invested enterprises (mainly transnational companies) and small and medium enterprises in the country; From then on, give policy suggestions for Vietnam in developing policy to develop this type of link in the coming time.
