Measure the export of non-quota rice to China and some policy implications

Abstract

This analysis shows that the volume of Vietnamese rice to China is very large scale
It is big and has a profound effect on the sustainable development of Vietnamese rice exports. Vietnam should have moves at both management and scientific levels to cope with low-yielding rice exports, both in terms of policy level as well as in research and policy advice; In addition, these moves should extend to other sectors.
