Service sector in trade liberalization, international experience and some suggestions for Vietnam

Vietnam is require to open up its door to services market as committe to WTO after Vietnam became its official member of WTO. The writer presents foreign experiences regarding the development of service  sector  in the developing countries in a context of international economic integration and proposed policies for Vietnam.
