Enhance the Human Resources Quality in the Central Vietnam Key Economic Zone

High-quality human resources play a very vital role in the national or regional economic development and how to enhance the human resources quality has been a matter of concern to policy-makers. The Central Vietnam Key Economic Zone (hereunder abbreviated as CVKEZ) has focused on exploiting the human resources to accelerate the economic growth.
