Abstract

Environmentally friendly hotels adopt various green practices, among which green landscaping is particularly prominent. This article examines the influence of green landscape on guests’ revisit intention, through the mediating roles of customer trust and satisfaction toward green hotels. Based on data collected from 306 hotel guests, the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method is employed to analyze the relationships. The research findings indicate that green landscape positively influences customer satisfaction and trust. Additionally, both satisfaction and trust significantly influence guests’ intention to revisit. The analysis also confirms the indirect influence of green landscape on guests’ revisit intention through the mediating roles of trust and satisfaction. This study plays an important role in identifying how guests perceive the characteristics of environmentally friendly hotels. The findings provide practical implications for hotel managers in formulating effective strategies and actions for future operations.
