Factors affecting student satisfaction with the quality of training services at universities in Thanh Hoa Province

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate factors affecting student satisfaction with the quality of training services of universities in Thanh Hoa province. 974 valid questionnaires are included in the analysis and hypothesis testing through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research results show that the factors of interaction quality, learning environment quality, and output quality all have a direct and positive impact on student satisfaction with the quality of training services. Of the three factors, the quality of learning environment has the strongest impact, followed by the quality of interaction, and finally, the quality of output, which has the least impact on student satisfaction.
