Abstract

Bài báo trình bày các cơ sở lý thuyết; mục đích và lợi ích của quản lý hiệu quả hợp đồng bảo trì công trình đường bộ tại Việt Nam. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến quản lý hợp đồng bảo trì công trình đường bộ và một số nội dung quan trọng của quản lý hợp đồng, nhằm giúp cho công tác quản lý hợp đồng bảo trì công trình đường bộ đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất.

Abstract

This paper presents the theories, purpose and benefits of effective management of road maintenance contracts in Vietnam. Simultaneously, it shows some factors affecting road maintenance contract management and sketches out some important contents of the road maintenance contract which help to enhance the effectiveness of the road maintenance contract management.
