Abstract

Step by step forming modern technology platforms towards completing digital bank by 2030 is one of the important strategies of the State Bank of Vietnam [2]. Banks have achieved a lot of success in the process of digital transformation towards digital bank. However, on the way to the goal, there are still many problems and difficulties that need to be overcome. The article assesses the opportunities that digital transformation brings to the banking industry, and at the same time points out a number of challenges when applying digital technology in the operations of commercial banks of Vietnam, from there, offering a number of solutions to complete digital bank in the future
