Abstract

Motivation to work for officials and lecturers in private universities is always a matter of special concern to management subjects. Although motivating workforce at the private universities has had certain achievements, but there are still many issues that need to be solved. The article analysis methods of solving motivation to increase work of officials and lecturers at the private universities through concrete conditions of Hanoi University of Business and Technology.
