Abstract

In the past years, along with the promotion of tourism development, many countries around the world have paid much attention to and strongly implemented the development of the night economy, considering it as a specific type of economy to support the local economy, especially service economy. Vietnam is a country with great potential for night-time economic development. In 2020, the Prime Minister signed and promulgated Decision No. 1129/QD-TTg approving the "Project on developing night economy in Vietnam" with the goal of exploiting the potential of night economic development through practical implementation of present synchronous solutions. One of the very important policy solutions is financial policy, investment policy so that the night economy makes a positive and important contribution to economic growth, satisfying the material and spiritual needs of the community in localities with conditions for night-time economic development.
