Overview of the economic sector being not observed

Abstract

The article explains what a non-observed economic sector and its 5 components are; gives brief introduction to the non-observed economic  situation in the world, experience of measuring and dealing with the economic sector from somecountries. The author clearly defines the content of the economic sector that has not been observed in Vietnam; considers the importance of observation, the difficulties as well as the complexity of the statistics, the measurement of this economic sector and the proposed solutions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (GSO).
