Abstract

Technological innovation is an urgent requirement for enterprises in the manufacturing and processing industry; has decisive significance to increase labor productivity, improve competitiveness. However, for the majority of SMEs with limited capacity to innovate, the State’s supporting role in mobilizing resources for innovation, especially financial resources, is essential. This article evaluates the results and limitations of credit support policies for technology innovation activities of manufacturing enterprises in the past period; from there, proposing some policy suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the credit support policy.
