Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) strongly promotes the shift of the traditional world economy to a knowledge economy; will profoundly transform the social infrastructure system and the global economy; strongly and comprehensively affect all aspects of human life, all economic and social sectors of all countries, including the banking sector in general and Vietnam’s commercial banks in particular.
